“I really like them for starting seed. They are quite strong so they won't just fall apart in net cups, but they seem to allow roots to penetrate very easily. I've had no problems with the fertiliser they are impregnated with and it is probably helping the roots get into my nutrient solution. around 3 days to germinate, roots out the bottom in around 4 days and 1st true leaves around 8 or 9 days. I'll be continuing with these over rockwool.”
