“This is a solid mount, and works well with the camera. It has one shortcoming though, and that's wire management. There is very little space in the head to tuck in extra wire, and some cameras have several pigtails with connectors to stuff in there, to say nothing of the fact that you need some extra Ethernet wire just to be able to connect the wire while standing on a ladder. This is not an insurmountable problem, with care and some fussing, you can get it done. But just a bit more space in there would help a lot. Unrelated to the mount itself, don't use the anchors provided, they are incredibly awkward. You will do far better with lead anchors and stainless lag bolts. If you don't make your holes perfect for the provided anchors, the bolt slips inside and/or just sounds when you try to tighten it.”
