“I purchased one set a few years ago and just looked at the box.
I purchased a 2nd set for my daughter a few weeks ago.
In between, I finally took the concept seriously, and since I am a lousy cook, I bought Trader Joe's microwave chicken, fresh vegetables, etc., and just filled each section with the proper serving size per the package.
In a few weeks, I started to lose up to 3 lbs; I only really exercise once a week playing 1 1/2 hrs of tennis, and the rest of the week "playing" with my Belgian Malinois "puppy", 60 lbs of energy and barking.
Since, I started to lose weight, I bought the 2nd set for my daughter and she has slowly started to lose weight, too, so far 2 lbs in 3 weeks.
I eat vegetables now, too.
The bamboo plates are beautiful; bummer, one fell on the tile floor (Not sure if my "puppy" pulled it off the counter top when I wasn't working and chipped the side off the vegetable section.
I wanted to purchase a single bamboo plate, but that wasn't allowed; didn't want to pay for a 3rd full set (sorry).
Anyway, no quilt, no hidden fees, no shaming, just me doing what needed to done years ago.
Pray for our success, my daughter and I need to lose about 30 lbs each.
I am battling pre-diabetes, too.

“I loved the product until I found I couldn’t put the plate in the microwave. What I really wanted was to fill the plate, heat it and eat. That being said I love Arena Strength and have most of your products. The plate was the only disappointment.”

We are happy to hear that you love our products even though you were disappointed that the plate is not microwavable. As it is bamboo, a natural fibre, it cannot be heated as this can result in melting or burning.
