“I love my Arena booty bands, they're great value for money. When I saw them advertised I thought it might be yet another piece of exercise equipment that I buy and then it gets stored away and never used. But I did their 10 minute YouTube workout and wow I almost couldn't finish it and worked up a big sweat. Ever since starting to use them my lower body is a good sore, you get so much more out of your workout when wearing the booty bands. They also are such good quality and don't fall down at all. I love mine and am already seeing results after only about a week and a half. They also have an amazing Facebook support group and they have lots of challenges to do, and it comes with a workout book you can do yourself. Highly recommend! x”
