“I am 69, soon to be 70...I use when brush my teeth so 2 minutes 2-3 times a day. I start slow since I can feel in butt and thighs so I know working.”

“I received my Arena bands today and expected to be able to get started straight away, however, there was no booklet of fully explained exercises as advertised. No training guide. I am not happy as I chose these bands for the resources.”
