“The quality of these bands is really good. They definitely won't break and I've used them for a total pull up assist at my gym so they supported all my weight. I really like the three strength levels as it lets me do single arm movements with the gray and then use the pink and black for other movements. I double up the bands too for harder resistance when I squat and lunge. They are definitely helping me gain my strength back in my upper body and core.”
