“Okay so if you are on the fence about these, jump over that bitch. My fiancé got me these for Christmas and oh hot DAMN! First, excellent resistance for even just the light band. Second, super comfy; it’s like I wrapped a scarf around my legs that almost feels the same as the ace bandage wraps, but comfortable and not itchy. I have actually forgotten they were on after sitting down to rest and getting distracted. Third, NO PINCHING OR ROLLING AT ALL which is exactly as advertised. Fourth, the challenges provided on Facebook are excellent and the routine in the booklet kicks serious ass. Added bonus: the customer service is A+ and I can honestly say that without having had an issue that I needed them to fix. Just watching the way they interact with people and the support and love they themselves give in the Facebook group is above and beyond”

“I received my bands as a Christmas gift. I'm easing back into exercise after having been in a boot(6 months) for a heel fracture. I've been using the bands for my pt exercises and floor exercises that dont require too much pressure on my foot. I'm learning placement of the bands is important to keep my knees from hurting. I'd really enjoy a video for those of us who have knee issues. It could be out there but I'm just not aware of it. I'm looking forward to getting stronger so my issues will be a thing of the past.”
