“I am in love with these bands! The resistance of all three are wonderful so that you can use them accordingly. They don't slip at all so you aren't having to adjust them during your workout. They have taken my workouts to another lever. My sister tried them with me during a workout and was so impressed stated she wanted to them as well. I also got some for my cousin and she loves them.
