“These are one of the best additions I’ve ever made to my home gym. The set came with a booklet of exercise ideas so I can mix those into my workouts. The bands are strong and durable - which I was worried about - so I know they will last. Well worth the money!”

“Girlfriend loves the bands. I got her some cheap rubber kind and they roll up when she tries to put them on but these ones I just got her she absolutely loves them. She said the resistance is strong and the bands are great quality. She’s very picky when it comes to this stuff so if she likes it trust me you got to try it. They ship fast and are worth the price!”
