“I just got my order and tried them for the first time. VERY HAPPY, they have a variety of workouts offered to help get you started which is amazing. They did not roll on me at all nor dig in. Some bands I've tried dig in and almost just hurt to the point you're not focusing on the exercise properly. So far these are everything they claim to be. There was also an issue with my order and they fixed it right away! Highly recommend!”
