“I had never used anything like these before and they are simple to use and you feel the difference immediately when doing squats etc. Only used them a few times so far but liking the post workout feeling in my legs. Only downside is I thought there would be more workout routine videos available as I like to follow along to ensure my form is correct for each movement, but I there only seems to be one official video workout. But other wise, great so far.”
