“I got these bands for an alternative to working out with weights as I really don’t enjoy it and this makes me more motivated to workout. They grip really well, I had no problems with them for the first few times of using them. The little booklet inside with the workout plan is also really useful as I often find myself lost with what to do. This pack is definitely great for someone that doesn’t like lifting weights as much and needs guidance in a workout plan... but it’s definitely not just for beginners, the medium and strong bands are really challenging!
