I was NOT disappointed! Never slipped out of place. Kicked up my workout a notch and very durable. I’ve only been using them for a couple of months but I haven’t had any problems.
The workout guide is a very nice touch. If you don’t know where to start with these the laminated print guide is a good reference.

“I have three different brands of hip bands plus the plastic ones. Arena Strength ones are excellent as far as i can tell. The shipping was fast. They have answered my comments on social media. Inside the fb group, there are challenges. I love the included booklet. It's solid, nice and glossy, not paper like beachbody pamplets. The carrying bag makes it easy to keep them together and travel.
All three bands are the same size. I am lower end of plus size and the hip bands fit me comfortably. Another brand I have tried the light seemed too tight/small for me. Not sure on the longevity yet but fingers crossed!”
