“I have attempted so many band workouts, only to be left frustrated with the constant adjusting and readjusting. I did my first workout today, and not once did I have to stop during the burn to readjust! I was hesitant that the fabric band would not have the resistance as the typical latex. It did, and more! I love that these complement my weight workouts, and contain in themselves several moves you can do without weights.
