I tried using the bands directly on skin and it was a little uncomfortable, so I recommend wearing exercise leggings long enough so the bands are on top of fabric. This isn't a criticism as much as a comment as I think that the bands need to have grip to stay put (which they do) and this was just a bit much for me on bare skin. Over my longer leggings they were great, stayed put, and were very comfortable.
Love the fact that these will pack up small and go in my suitcase, and love the fact that nearly all of the exercises could be done in a hotel room as I travel a lot.”
