“The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because I find there is a big jump from the grey bands to the pink in terms of resistance. I’ve used several brands of light-med-heavy bands and these ones are definitely tighter. I can barely use the black one because it’s so tight. But the quality is great.”
We are so sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the resistance of your bands. You are not alone!
As some of our members have confirmed, at the start, the bands can be SUPER tough. However, when they stick to using them for 2 - 3 weeks, they see quick results and are even able to do the exercises that they could not do in the beginning.

We would like to recommend that some great exercises to start with are those that use your entire glute, as opposed to a small part; such as the standing kickbacks and sidekicks alongside glute bridges & hip thrusts (including abductions, marches and holds).
