Besides the standing exercises, are there any exercises to do that you don't have to sit on the floor? Like maybe sitting on a chair?

Hi Jan, if you are using the booty bands, then you can do seated abductions using a chair or stability ball. Most of the seated workouts in our program are done using body bands rather than booty bands. To view these, if you haven't already, check out our app free trial. You can always check out a physio for different variations you can do sitting or do a search for seated glute exercises. I hope this was helpful.

Really pleased with these - had some similar ones but these are so much nicer - great resistance and they seem to keep their shape well. They dont roll when you have them above the knee which is great and dont slide even when wearing full leggings.

I have not been able to go back to a gym since being diagnosed with Cancer in 2019, complications. but I have since started using the Body Bands and LOVE them, you can go as gentle or as intense as you like. I love them.
