“Had been looking at these for a while, had my own bands I have used for years just normal ones that did roll and slip (one snapped!) which stopped me using them in the right positions, but I was using the hardest one so thought with these I would easily be able to start with the medium at least. Well I was wrong, they are so intense its unreal. Can feel the burn so much more, they literally do not slip or roll they are 100x better than usual rubbery ones. Can manage the light one, used medium a couple times but definitely will have to build up. Never had a better workout for my legs and glutes. Can see and feel a difference after 2 weeks. Buy them you wont be disappointed!”
