“These bands are exactly what I’ve been looking for. The latex bands I was using were awful. The Arena bands popped up on my feed and I had a look. I’m glad I did. The quality of the bands are fantastic! So much easier to take off and on. I wanted fabric bands so they didn’t roll up on me. I’m really happy with the resistance I get with these and mostly use the light and medium bands but will use all three. The packaging is great and I like the colours palette. I really like the coil exercise booklet it comes with. I’ve mostly used bands for squats, glute bridges and lunges but started incorporating more exercises and have done two full sessions with these bands. Great bit of kit to have and everything came quick and easy.”

“Im 56 and need to start doing some weight training, this allows me to strengthen my body without injury that weights can sometimes cause.
Because of the cloth and reinforced stitching i feel more secure with Arena Bands than i would with the traditional rubber “therabands”.
