I'm 55 and have not been able to work out for many years due to an illness. I've recently been able to start again and am very out of shape. I got the bands awhile ago but haven't been able to use them until recently. I love the bands and was using the body and booty decks but felt like I needed more guidance. So I bought the 60-Day Body Program. I LOVE IT. Some days I can only do one set of everything. Some days I can do three. But I have been SO surprised that working out 6 days a week has been accessible for me! I also have a walking pad so have been doing that a few days a week. I felt stronger after just the first week. I'm on my third week and I honestly cannot believe that I look forward to workouts. I have read older women have a hard time gaining muscle and have to exercise for months to get results but it seems like a bunch of hooey. I don't "look" different per se (actually my back hip fat is less pronounced),but I am definitely stronger and my body scale says I have already gained half a pound in muscle. I love the bands and I love this program. Thank you for making exercise not only possible but enjoyable!

OMG love this program, bands are fantastic and it goes quickly, motivate yourself with music and watch the progress. Would recommend to everyone.
