“I love this collagen powder. It dissolves into my morning tea with very little effort and doesn't impact the taste much. I like a really strong tea, and I find that it just, ever so slightly makes the tea a little less strong. If I put it in my fruit smoothie, I don't taste it at all. Within three days I notice that my nails are growing faster and are much stronger and that my hair isn't falling out the same (waist-length red hair, I usually shed ALOT!). But the biggest benefit is the reduced pain I feel in my hip. I played a lot of soccer from age 5 to 30 and I seriously injured my hip. It causes a lot of chronic pain and was starting to prevent me from doing certain daily tasks. I find within a week of taking the collagen the dull pain throb is much less, to the point that sometimes I don't even notice. When I stop taking it (because I forgot to order more) within a week that nagging pain starts to come back. This collagen powder is now a staple in my life.”
“I've been using Arena Strength Collagen for about 6 months now. I find it has helped with joint inflammation and skincare. However, there are 2 issues I have with this product 1. I cannot find out the product information such as fat content, sugar content, carbs, etc. Having clear and detailed label ingredients is very important to me. 2. It doesn't dissolve as easily as I would like. I have to use hot water to dissolve the powder then add ice cubes after to get the drink cold.”

“Overall this is an excellent collagen product, it does what it says on the pack so really pleased however it mixes into a cup of coffee perfectly but cold drinks require a whisk so if it's for work you need to prepare ahead of time or use a shaker”
