“Love the body bar & dumbbell but I noticed right after purchasing that I forgot to apply a coupon code I had. I sent an email to customer service immediately to request a credit for the coupon. No response. I reached out to them two more times and still no response. It’s been two weeks.
I’m disappointed that they’re quick to take my money, but they don’t care about customer service. I’ve purchased several products over the years from Arena Strength, but this will be my last time.”
“This bar is awesome. It is very sturdy and can be disassembled easily for transport, or using as a smaller bar. The customer service is topnotch if there should be any problem. I had a problem with the shipping company and Arena Strength was prompt in answering my emails and taking care of the issue.
