You can absolutely continue to modify the challenge for as many months as you'd like to keep it fresh and progressive. Here are a few ways to increase the intensity and keep seeing results: 1. Switch to a Stronger Band: Gradually increase the resistance by using a stronger band, which will challenge your muscles in new ways. 2. Combine Bands: You can use multiple bands together to create even more resistance and variety in your workouts. 3. Increase Reps/Sets: Add extra repetitions or sets to each exercise to push your endurance and strength further. I really enjoyed this 30 day challenge. I liked that it incorporated progressive overload training as it's the best form of training for women.
