“Sometimes it's fun to get away from apps and go retro. I downloaded the Challenge onto 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper, put the pages into page protectors and into a 3 ring binder (remember those?) This Challenge is a great way to get back in shape and a lot of fun to do. Arena was masterful designing variety into every routine and they give you suggestions on which bands to use and number of sets and repetitions. An added advantage is discovering the unique exercises using bands that you just can't get with kettlebells and dumbbells. I highly recommend!”

You can absolutely continue to modify the challenge for as many months as you'd like to keep it fresh and progressive. Here are a few ways to increase the intensity and keep seeing results:
1. Switch to a Stronger Band: Gradually increase the resistance by using a stronger band, which will challenge your muscles in new ways.
2. Combine Bands: You can use multiple bands together to create even more resistance and variety in your workouts.
3. Increase Reps/Sets: Add extra repetitions or sets to each exercise to push your endurance and strength further.
These simple modifications allow you to progress at your own pace while keeping your workouts challenging and effective.
