Hi Joyce, we are sorry that you are having difficulties with the length of the body band. There are a number of ways you can shorten the part of the band you are working with.
For instance, widening your legs on the part of the band you stand on can shorten it. The placement of your hands along the bands will also shorten it. You can also tie one end with a string, leaving the length you wish to work with.
