“I am an 81 year old woman with painful back issues. The bands are helping me gain core strength. I started with the light band and am ready to move to the medium one. The bands came beautifully packaged with an a small book with great suggestions for exercising different areas of the body. I use it!”

“Love the bands but can only use 2 of the lightest ones right now. The top 2 are pretty strong. But they are so much better than the rubber ones that get worn out. These Arena Bands are well made and made to last. They will help us with our rehab after surgery.”
