“So I finally got to try the beginner video using long pink and grey bands . Didn’t have the thick bands so I wrapped the pink one around my thighs for the bridges. It went well…. So well….my legs esp thighs are letting me know I worked them!

My background was sedentary,69 years old and 228 lbs. last June I joined WW AND LOST 20 lbs by early sept! Then very slow going ….long plateau….got a fit bit in November….and that has helped….now down to 194.4 for a total of 34lbs! Up to 10 k steps most days……and ready to add strengthening exercises to my routine!
30 more lbs to go! Turning 70 in may….so like to se a nice drop before that occasion!”
