I was making my fitness too complicated to the point where I wouldn't know what to do each day. The bands (I have both sets) have simplified things for me and they are fun to use so I now do some form of workout almost everyday. I really like the total body circuits you have been posting. Thanks!

Really awesome bands. Very good quality. I recently had a kidney transplant and before that was on dialysis for 4 years. I was extremely active previously and lost all my muscles due to this "pause" in my life because of the inconveniences and lack of energy. Arena has allowed me to get my muscles back gently and progressively whereas a return to the gym was injuring me contantly. I plan to use the bands for a good 6 months to perhaps a year. The only thing is I am very tall (over 6 feet) and many of the exercises with the body bands are not doable that tall. I also have issues doing sumo squats with the body bands. But I do alternative exercises with weights when I can. Thank you Arena!
