“Had the 14 day trial period, but unable to utilize my bands during it as I was still waiting for them to be delivered. Only got 4 days trial with the bands. Wasn't too happy. I have now had to pay for a month to test the app with the bands =(”

We are so sorry that the carrier did not deliver your bands in time to enjoy the free trial for a longer period. Our app is packed full of great features such as 20 + follow alongs in the videos section, divided 30-day programs to help you target specific areas (upper body, core and booty/legs) and an exercise directory which allows you to create your own routines through the favourites function.
Our team is on hand in our facebook community to answer any questions you may have about the programs and the function of the app too.

The only thing I wish is that you would show modified versions for people who do not have access to gym equipment. The hip thrust requires a bench which I do not have & so I googled how to do it on the floor. Other than that, I would recommend this to everyone. So happy that I have both sets of bands.
