“The app is easy to use and keeps me motivated and on track as they use the same workout bands. I love how the flute challenge has a different workout for each day and let's you check it off when completed. I can already see results street using for about a month”
“A fabulous app. The ability to choose between the programs or doing one of their videos offers great flexibility, especially if you can't necessarily commit to daily workouts. The bands are the best I've come across. Great job Arena.”
Hi Liz,

“This is absolutely 100% the best app for woman of all shapes, sizes and ages. And most of all the workouts really do work if you put forth the effort. Would definitely recommend to everyone”
“Like the app but I wish it would save your work out info so you could pick up where you left off without scrolling through all the options to find the work out you want. Love the exercise demonstrations too!”
