Decided to add the Arena monthly training programme alongside my regular training to really target the glutes and so far really like it, glutes are definitely activated :). It's great that one can do the programme at one's own pace as well. The Arena trainers are super responsive in the FB group and it's motivating to see other people's progress and results there.”
