“I started working with a trainer and she had me using a booty band. I could feel the results for a few days. I am not a fan of the rubber bands, so thought this might make a good addition to my home workouts. I found the bundle with with booty bands and body bands and I am so glad I got that one. These give a surprisingly good workout. These help me particularly when I don't feel like going to the gym or working out really, but I can talk myself into using these in front of the tv and still manage to get in a good workout. The cards are a great tool as well.”
