“I purchased a jumpsuit from Aria Lattner. Purchases come with a refund guarantee, and I would not have purchased if they didn't, since I wanted to try the jumpsuit for size and suitability. The day it arrived in the mail, I tried it on once, it didn't suit me, and within the hour I emailed asking to go ahead with the return/refund.
Aria Lattner didn't respond. I had to follow up numerous times. When I was finally given a return postal address and sent the item back at significant cost to me, they initially claimed they hadn't received it, even though I got a notification email from the postal service saying they had. Then they sent me a photo of the item with a black mark on it (impossible, since I literally took it out of the package, tried it on carefully once, then popped it straight back in). They claimed it was in 'unsellable condition'. It absolutely was not. After much back and forth, they refunded me 50% of the cost, and then stopped responding to emails.
I am out of pocket a large amount of money for the postage and the item cost.
These people are complete frauds. The irony is that they tout themselves as an 'ethical' company. What a joke. They are nothing but crooks.”
“Two stars because they always respond to my inquiries, but I’ve been waiting for my jumpsuit for 4 1/2 months now and the only time I get an update is when I ask for one. And then I’m told that they’re behind, but I’m not offered a refund or offered to choose a different color, as some have been. I understand that the small business community has been hit hard, but the lack of communication when I’m actively waiting for word, combined with the nonstop text and email ads, is a bit disconcerting. I just sent another message this morning. I expect to be told there are still delays.”
“I tried to return gold earrings which tarnished. gold does not tarnish. I know that you have the return because of package tracking, I have not received a refund or any response that you have looked at the item. I want my 58$ back and if not i am taking you to court”
