“I can’t believe I of $109 for a wooden box. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when the gift got delivered and I said “cheers” to the recipient and there was no wine in it. So disappointing.”

We appreciate you ordering with us and are sad to hear that your expectations were not met. As a small business, we try to be as detailed and honest with our product descriptions and the services we offer. As stated on each product page (in a photo, in the product’s description, and under the “Adding Wine” tab on the product’s page), as well as several other locations on our website and in the order confirmation email (which is received once an order is placed), wine is not included. All of our wood products are handmade and laser-engraved with custom artwork in our workshop in High Ridge, MO. While our quality and craftsmanship are an attest to our dedication to creating high-end wood gifts, we understand that they may not meet every budget.
