“There was a glitch in the website showing the caffeinated coffee when filtered with decaf and I ordered a caffeinated one by accident, the support didn't argue and sent me the coffee I wanted. This is the type of service that can be an example for other companies.”

“Coffee is delicious and I am so glad I found a place to get non chemically processed decaf that works in my nespresso machine! Every once in a while I get a bum pod and the water doesn't come through, but with the newer pods it is rare. This is my go-to coffee supplier now.”
