“I love my Nespresso machine. Artizan coffee pods provide decaffeinated options and mushroom blends for vitality (has caffeine) or relaxing. I use one coffee pod and one mushroom pod. Tastes good and pods break down, don't need to be returned for partial recycling.”

“There was a glitch in the website showing the caffeinated coffee when filtered with decaf and I ordered a caffeinated one by accident, the support didn't argue and sent me the coffee I wanted. This is the type of service that can be an example for other companies.”
