“Just based on the first use (after very easy assembly), I can see this is going to be a great addition to my outdoor cook area. It's very portable/stowable, plenty strong for intended use (limited to smaller amounts of proteins), and a great value. I'd thought about a larger stand-alone one over the years, but this will work very well for the limited times it'll be needed, and at a fraction of the cost. One thing is the attachment's cooking cook height is a little higher than the Weber's cooking grate, and therefore farther above the coals. So for my first use, I simply raised the Weber's coal grate up some using bricks. But for the future I bought an inexpensive (”
