“This Santa Maria grill attachment has exceeded our expectations in every way. We love cooking over a Santa Maria-style grill, but hauling our full-size grill on every camping trip just wasn't practical. This attachment solved that problem perfectly. “This unit is a game changer. I was able to afford a Santa Maria type cooker at a value price. The quality is better than I hopped for and I would recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to cook on it in a Steak Cookoff Association event!”

“Just based on the first use (after very easy assembly), I can see this is going to be a great addition to my outdoor cook area. It's very portable/stowable, plenty strong for intended use (limited to smaller amounts of proteins), and a great value. I'd thought about a larger stand-alone one over the years, but this will work very well for the limited times it'll be needed, and at a fraction of the cost. One thing is the attachment's cooking cook height is a little higher than the Weber's cooking grate, and therefore farther above the coals. So for my first use, I simply raised the Weber's coal grate up some using bricks. But for the future I bought an inexpensive (”
