Love the hardware and the design however after 2 uses the paint is peeling off the drip tray and I can’t use it to braise for fear of getting paint chips in my food.

I've used it once and it worked great for a slow grilled large piece of beef, which is why I bought it. I'm looking forward to more successful tests !

Can only give it 4/5 due to 2 holes not being tapped and no cover available for this grill. This grill is robust and mostly made of 10 guage steel. It weighs 320 lbs and requires 2 people to assemble the toaster oven onto the cart, even with the bracket, firebrick and grates removed. The assembly is straight forward and easy. This grill is not painted with heat paint and some of the paint will curl and damage from the flames. I found a custom cover place and ordered one for $130 to fit the grill. I have a full unboxing assembly and a short grill video on my YouTube channel @Sambosplace.
