“Again I tried but as with the first order, the item was badly packaged and the damage was far from the slight damage indicated in a phome call to your company.
I have a good grip on scratch and dent but the items damage was far beyond that as an indicator.
I am saddened by your previous response.
Your packaging is such that damage is a certainty.
