“When the personalization thing allowed me to add spaces to bring it further into the middle from the corner, I was hoping that would be realized with the actual item. Instead, it stuck the initials into the very corner, which is precisely what I wanted to avoid. Some way to adjust where the personalization is located would be nice.
I would have even preferred to put my initials on the inside instead of the Ashland stamp. I wish that was an option instead, too.”
