“I got this B-grade shell cordovan Johnny the Fox wallet a few months ago, and was a tad underwhelmed at first. The leather was thick and obviously high quality, and the smell was divine. But it just seemed a bit dry and matte at first.
But let me tell you - now it is like BUTTAH. SO beautiful and sumptuous. This is ten times better than the best baseball glove leather you’ve ever felt. This wallet just keeps getting better and better. I just like touching it, it’s so sumptuous. The design is compact and well thought out, and the card slots fit well despite being a bit tight for the first couple months. But it molds well to the pocket and contents inside. I carry 1-2 cards in each of the six dedicated card slots, plus two cards in each of the hidden card slots. It’ll also hold 15-20 bills in the billfold area without getting overly bulky.
Just a great wallet.”
