I have just stated exploring shell. I did not realize how easily the membrane takes on fine scratches (even a rough fingernail or some Velcro on my cargo pants pocket). I found out that just rubbing over area with thumb will blend in the oils and “self-repair” to a large extent. I like my stuff to tell a story and I look forward to a long novel.”
