“This brine bath is fantastic for taking smoked pulled pork to another level. I inject a 4:1 dilution of strained solution and save the seasoning and left over solution for the braise. It imparts a depth of sweet and savory that is memorable. Highly recommended as I have re-ordered this several times.”
