“I have been smoking meat for a very long time and typically do not like sauces, especially mustard-based. I bought this as a replacement for a local guys' sauce I used as a binder and was blown away at the flavor. I use it on chicken as both a marinade and finishing sauce and on beef tenderloins, even a prime rib once as an expirement, people loved it.”
