This is the first mustard-type sauce that I have very tried, and I love it! Whether as a dipping sauce, or as a binder before a rub, or as a stand alone on a Cubano, this is the sauce to have on hand.

I have reviewed many YouTube presentations by Chef Tom in which he has utilized the mustard many times. I viewed the Pastrami Smoked Salmon &Everything Bagels with Chef Britt and jumped on the products utilized in the video. All I can say is WOW, the family and friends said it was off the chart good. The other great experience was making my own bagels for the first time Thanks to Chef Britt. Fan for life........Keep up the great work! PS: I am now Pastrami brining junkie, AKA. 8 days in the hole!

Some say use regular yellow mustard and some say don't use anything to prep for rubs. I've done them with and without regular yellow mustard and mustard is said to help hold the rub to the ribs. I stopped using yellow mustard cause I could not see where it was helpful to hold the rub. I decided to use this House of Q BBQ mustard sauce as a base when doing ribs. I'm glad I did because the rubs and seasonings stick to it like glue. It also adds another layer of flavor you don't get without it. Great stuff and works great as a slaw dressing also just don't over do it. Lighten it up a bit with plain greek yogurt or a good quality mayo.
