The Briner is the ultimate brining companion. This bucket comes in three sizes: the 3.5 quart perfect for family size portions, pork chops or medallions, the 8 quart is perfect for whole chickens and chicken quarters and the 22 quart will easily hold your holiday turkey. The thing that makes the briner so great is the built-in plastic plate that slides down and locks in place to hold whatever you are brining below the liquid. No more stacking your good plates into a bucket and hoping it stays. The Briner is manufactured from food grade, BPA free plastic. Also, available as a set of three for all your cooking needs. I initially bought this item because I saw a youtube video with someone using it to brine a ham before smoking. I thought it looking like a wonderful upgrade to what I had been using to brine my pultry and hams and decided to get one. I am so glad I did!! This works so much better than my previous solution, it is easy to use, easy to clean up, fits in my fridge, and makes like so much easier! Thank you !

My issue in the past was that the turkey would float in the brine liquid and I would have to get a heavy dinner plate to put on top of it to keep it submerged. With the Briner Bucket, all I have to do is to insert the locking plate to keep the turkey submerged.

This bucket works very nicely. Big enough for a 20 lb bird yet compact enough to fit under the sink in my outdoor kitchen. Lid fits securely as well

Worked great for my 18 pound turkey at the holidays. Great price for the size too. Seems a little thin-walled, so we'll see how it lasts.

Fits in our refrigerator and is big enough for a large turkey or multiple chickens.
