“This item is truely a great invention! I had previously been using brining bags which I always had to put in a large pan or bowl to keep them upright and keep the meat submerged. This item eliminates that problem for me. The adjustable locking cap keeps the meat completely submerged. This is an absolute must have item if you need to brine your food!”

“Hand down the best way to brine a chicken or chunk of meat!! The system keeps the item submerged without weighted object - easy and much more sanitary. I have one of each size, and use them often for brining and marinating.”

“Works as advertised. The twist and lock is nice so dont have to weigh down with zip locks full of water. Wish i would have bought the 22 qt instead but works well for chix and wings.”
