“This turkey is so good it's bumped up thanksgiving to my 2nd favorite holiday and I'm now planning on making one of this for thanksgiving and maybe 4th of July. I look forward to thanksgiving all year because of this turkey. Easily the best turkey I've ever had. Came out dynamite! I've made two now that came out amazing I liked the 2nd one a little better because i let it brine for 48 hours. It really made the brine pop.”
