The bird I used this brine on was the clear, undisputed champion. The flavor was outstanding: perfectly balanced, that had everyone going back for seconds (and thirds). “This brine provides the base for all the traditional flavors we love for the holidays. We like to do two smaller turkeys and this perfectly for a whole bird or a spatchcocked bird. Juicy and flavorful every time without fail.”
