“My first time buying this was last year when I was hosting a thanksgiving dinner for all the single soldiers that worked on my unit and it had to have been the best turkey anyone had eaten because they didn’t enough for leftovers. Fast forward to this year where I hosted my first family thanksgiving every one of my guest commented on how flavorful and juicy the turkey was without it being overdone on the seasonings and salt. This brine and smoked turkey recipe is hands done one of the funnest and most rewarding cooks you can do because everything you put into it comes out the way you want it to when it’s done. It’s absolutely delicious and flavorful. This will be my annual thanksgiving cook. Also it works very well with just turkey breasts if you want to do something on a smaller scale with less hassle. 10/10”
