“Excellent flavor! Simple to use. A little pricy because I used two bottles (per Chef Tom’s instructions) but the smoked turkey was fantastic! Maybe my best ever!!”

“Used it for the first time. Great stuff! Cooks some turkey's for a 55 and older apartment community and everyone loved the turkey. Also cooked one at home, fantastic!! I would highly recommend it.”

“I used this brine bath and followed Chef Tom's directions for the Maple Orange Basted turkey and it was probably my best turkey ever! I have been cooking for many years and have had some good results with smoking a turkey, frying or roasting in a vertical cooker but none have been as good as this one.”
